These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and l789 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the l789 website, mobile interface, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and payment processing.

Each player is permitted to hold one single account on the l789 platform. All funds deposited and withdrawn through l789 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. l789 does not apply currency conversion fees on BDT transactions.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum deposit thresholds may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to players who have completed KYC verification. l789 targets withdrawal processing within two (2) hours for verified accounts, subject to payment provider processing times.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms and must be satisfied within the stated time limit.
• One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional bonuses are limited to one per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Bonus abuse: l789 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a player or group of players has attempted to exploit bonus terms through multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or other prohibited means.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonus funds will expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.

All bets placed on l789 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and any applicable options before confirming a wager. l789 will not void or reverse a confirmed bet on the basis of player error, misunderstanding of odds, or change of intent.
